| All packages are shipped discreetly. Your order will be shipped in a plain box with the return address simply stating the box is from BAMF Online, Inc.
You may be held responsible for additional shipping charges if your order has been returned to us due to a wrong shipping address. If you would like to reship your order, a new shipping charge will apply. Refusing to accept a shipped order will result in a restocking fee and credit will not include your shipping charge.
We use UPS for US orders and the US Postal Service for PO Box, APO and international orders.
We do ship products to Canada. Please note: All Canadian customers will be responsible for any added customs/shipping fees that will be added when the package arrives in Canada via USPS First Class International.
