Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the product for any reason, including change of mind, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery to receive a store credit. Since all returns are disposed of, we are not able to issue any refunds to your credit card. Please see details below.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving.

Items/Packaging must be in original, unopened and unused condition.

Shipping/handling fees are not included.

Customer responsible for $10 restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for all costs back to us and shipping/handling fees for the return shipment to them.
Service Guaranteed
If you receive your order and it is incorrect or we have made any other errors, we will correct the error at no additional cost to you. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Defective Merchandise
We will guarantee the item against defects for 7 days after the delivery date. If the item is defective, please mail the item, including its original invoice and packaging to the AlwaysIntimate office address. When we receive and confirm the defective merchandise, we will out send a replacement item. We will replace any defective merchandise for up to 7 days after the delivery date. This policy does not apply to items that have not been used for their intended purpose or maintained. If we do not have the same item in-stock, we reserve the right to ship you a similar item of the same value.
Return Order/Refused
You may be held responsible for additional shipping charges if your order has been returned to us due to a wrong shipping address. If you would like to reship your order, a new shipping charge will apply. Refusing to accept a shipped order will result in a restocking fee and credit will not include your shipping charge. |
