If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the product for any reason, including change of mind, you may return it to us within 1 year of delivery to receive a refund. Used or open product may only recieve store credit.

Incorrect Item.
If you receive your order and it is incorrect or we have made any other errors, we will correct the error at no additional cost to you. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Defective Merchandise
We will guarantee the item against defects for 1 year after the delivery date. If the item is defective, please contact us immediately, so we can replace the defective item. This policy does not apply to items that have not been used for their intended purpose or maintained. If we do not have the same item in-stock, we reserve the right to ship you a similar item of the same value.
Return Order/Refused
You may be held responsible for additional shipping charges if your order has been returned to us due to a wrong shipping address. If you would like to reship your order, a new shipping charge will apply. Refusing to accept a shipped order will result in a restocking fee and credit will not include our shipping cost.
